The Magic of Enagic
The commission structure of Enagic is so unique it is patented. I could be called a progressive referral compensation plan. It rewards those who are serious about making this a full time business without penalizing the person who makes an occasional referral.
With Enagic, there is:
No sign up fee
No renewal fee
No monthly auto-ship requirement
No sales volume requirement
Commissions are substantial and increase progressively as more units are sold by you and your group. It is based on a point system with 8 points paid for every sale. The value of the point varies with the model of ionizer sold.
It is not top-heavy - as you become more successful and increase the sales in your group, you retain more of the points on each sale. Those above you in the structure receive fewer. However, there are incentives that encourage serious business builders to develop team members and assist them in reaching the highest levels of the company. Active representatives are also paid $50 more per sale if they make a sale every 90 days. The most successful distributers are rewarded with a quarterly bonus based on the company's profit.
Part-time distributers/representatives never lose their position and are never penalized for not making a sale for any length of time. They always get paid based on the position they have obtained.
How Does Enagic Differ from MLM - Multi-level Marketing or Network Marketing?
A legitimate home-based business structure where consumers purchase products or services from independent distributers who are paid commissions on the sale of the products. MLM companies typically require:
A fee to become a member or distributer and get distributer prices and commissions.
An average of $100/month in "auto-ship" to continue to get commission checks.
Sales activity in order to maintain your "position".
A yearly renewal fee.
MLM companies have different commission structures - compensation plans - that are typically top heavy with decreasing commissions on product sales the deeper your team develops. Commissions are small, about 10% or less of a product's "CV" or commissionable volume, which is typically less than the discounted member/distributer price. It requires a group of thousands of individuals ordering monthly to make a full time living.
